Collaborate with Pratt staff, local engineers, review agencies, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope. Lead project planning, budgeting, and resource management while maintaining thorough documentation. Prepare strategic and marketing plans, and revise them as needed. Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and contract negotiations. Maintain updated SOW and preconstruction documents, ensuring compliance through strong vendor and contractor relationships. Work location is Chattan
