We have positions available for experienced engineers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Act as representative for the client/owner
Review change orders, requests for information and field orders for accuracy
Negotiate change orders and field orders
Check conformity with contract plans and specifications
Assist with submittal review
Communicate effectively with project team
Maintain project files using an online project database
Provide support and guidance to junior engineers
Experience and Skills Needed
Candidate must possess an engineering degree (Civil preferred)
A Professional Engineer's license is preferred
Must have a minimum 3 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry
Must possess strong, effective communication skills (candidate is expected to interact with all team members, including contractors, sub-contractors, client/owner and other Tanner Pacific employees)
Work experience involving scheduling, estimating, contract administration and claims analysis/preparation is desirable
Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, P6 and the ability to use our online project tracking database.
