The Capital Projects Manager (CPM) position is part of the District of Columbia Public Library (DCPL) Capital Planning and Construction division. The District of Columbia Public Library is a vital and cherished institution with significant ongoing investments in new and modernized libraries across all eight wards. Beautiful, award-winning, well-loved libraries make up the Library Built environment within the District and are benchmarked nationally and internationally. Capital Planning and Construction is responsible for new construction and renovations with a strong commitment to excellence in the civic built environment. We are focused on creating civic destinations that are context-sensitive, human-centered, and climate-forward. The position reports to the Directo
