Job Summary The Vice President (VP) of Health Major Capital Projects is responsible for directing Project Delivery for New Buildings, leaseholds, major renovations and seismic retrofits for UCSF Health’s Major Capital Projects including individual projects with capital budgets with the largest and/or significant expenditures. Project delivery includes responsibility for setting contract business terms, financial management, project controls, Architect-consultant-general-sub-contractors’ selections, and oversight management of design and construction for all new Medical Center buildings.
