Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards. Provide technical advice regarding design and construction. Coordinate and manage the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site(s). Anticipate project conflicts and risks, develop action plans, and implement solutions. Understand and plan work according to project plans, change orders, shop drawings, subcontracts, purchase orders, and monthly pay estimates. Review and maintain budget for project. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
