SUMMARY: The CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN assists the Director of Construction Engineering with managing all functions of the construction crew. The position is specifically responsible for the safe and efficient completion of construction projects and assigned tasks. It is of the utmost importance for the CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN to take ownership of the responsibilities involved in his/her position, recognize needs within every aspect of the company, develop proposals/plans to resolve critical issues, and push to continually improve the company's performance.
