Position Summary: WPR’s Horizontal Construction Manager oversees and coordinates the company’s multiple horizontal construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that the bid process is rigorous, contracts are comprehensive and protect the company, schedules are met (or beaten) and budgets are adhered to with maximum emphasis on value engineering and ensuring efficient/effective means and methods are followed. The ideal candidate will have retail or office park development experience, or strong home build experience and a construction management background.
