The City of Chandler Public Works & Utilities Department is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in joining our team as a Construction Project Manager. This is a regular, full-time position with benefits.
Salary $84,354 to $122,313 annually DOE
Schedule The position is scheduled to work Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 3:30pm. Flexible schedule and telecommuting options may be available upon completion of the probationary period.
Who we are The Capital Improvements Division of the Public Works & Utilities Department is responsible for the management and coordination of the orderly design and construction of the City's capital infrastructure in the Capital Improvement Program, including procurement of professional and construction services, design, construction and construction management for transportation, utilities, public buildings, community services and other general government improvements.
Who we are looking for Our new team member will have a passion for customer service, team work, and collaboration. We are looking for someone to perform the full range of construction planning, project management, and bid and contract administration for capital projects, housing projects, and/or parks projects, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field, Construction Management, or related field; and • Four (4) years' experience in construction management or architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineering design; and • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record; or • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.
