The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing subcontractors, serving as the face of operations for new projects, and ensuring timely and efficient execution of projects. This job will be half in the main office and half at worksites in the same metropolitan statistical area as the company’s main office, with the beginning of the job requiring review of existing sites. Duties include planning, development, implementation, management, and evaluation of all functions of a specific project. These may include project cost control, forecasting, contract administration issues, subcontractor agreement administration, etc. Serve as a liaison between the Project and the Owner and needs to have complete control over the project’s cost, schedule, contracts, risks and human resources.
