ServiceTitan is seeking a Construction Industry Advisor to improve the customer experience and help make customers and team members successful. This person will oversee and partner in a variety of initiatives that will help our team better understand our construction customers, and help those customers better understand our product.
The Construction Industry Advisor will work cross-functionally with both internal teams and customers. This role reports to the Director of Customer Experience.
What you’ll do:
Partner with the Construction product and development team to share industry insights and create written and video documentation as to industry workflows, trends, business needs and industry best practices.
Attend and contribute at product development meetings as a representative of our customers and provide feedback and verification that initiatives and product development are in line with new construction contracting best practices.
Work cross-functionally, with product marketing and product development, to inform and provide ideas to drive product utilization and optimization.
Partner with the enablement team to increase the construction industry knowledge across the organization and provide insight so that customer facing roles can effectively speak to our construction companies.
Build knowledge, competencies and job skills in Titans so that they can deliver value in every interaction with buyers and customers to reach their full performance potential.
Build and train construction playbooks that reinforce value and outcomes to our buyers and customers.
Report against success criteria to measure utilization of established best practices.
What you’ll need:
5+ years of construction industry experience with a solid understanding of the contracting business
The ability to learn and follow established processes in addition to developing or adjusting new processes
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to pick up and navigate through multiple technical platforms
Flexibility to travel 20% out of the year to ServiceTitan office, customer onsite, trade shows, etc. based upon travel conditions according to health officials
