Salary: $60,000 - $75,000

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Developing accurate and complete job estimates.
  • Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings to understand project scope
  • Review and take-off of blueprints
  • Build relationships with key vendors (Architects, General Contractors, Suppliers, Engineers, etc.)
  • Determine key variables for cost and other estimates

REQUIRMENTS:

  •  3+ Years Estimating Experience in Commercial Roofing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self Motivated / Self Starter
  • Experience with EDGE estimating software is a plus
  • Knowledge of various roof systems, materials, construction processes and theories
  • Reliable 
  • Possess excellent organizational skills
