WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The Technical Program Project Manager II, Capital Projects reports directly to the Director, Capital Projects.  The primary responsibility for this position will be the project management of various types of design and construction projects pertaining to either bus transit infrastructure, rail transit infrastructure, or building renovation projects.
