Senior Supervisor, Structural Services Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Cambridge, MA Full time   The MIT Department of Facilities’ Repair and Maintenance (R&M) sections seeks a senior supervisor, structural services to provide leadership and ongoing supervision of all structural services and carpentry services teams.  R&M is responsible 150 buildings within the campus portfolio consisting of approximately 13m GSF.    Will manage assigned team(s) and provide overall direction, vision, policies and procedures, formulation and implementation, and staff development to ensure technical quality, high customer satisfaction and value with the MIT community.   Structural and carpentry services include carpentry, roofing, glazing, paint
