FUNDAMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES The Project Manager, Design & Construction (PMDC) is a project level position at Realterm responsible for leadership of and representation on new development and construction, redevelopments, and renovation projects. This position is responsible for oversight of assigned construction projects, including planning, approval and execution of construction.
