Summary The Director, Project Management Division advises the Chief Engineer on large size project delivery relating to new and historic buildings, and assists in balancing the needs of stakeholders including jurisdiction leadership, congressional leadership, oversight and appropriation committees, congressional staff and constituents, and members of Congress.
