General Description. The Human Resources Manager supports the day-to-day Human Resources needs of the company including firm talent management programs for all divisions including, but not limited to: employee integration; performance management; compensation; on the job training programs; EEO compliance and employee relations; diversity initiatives; and other duties as assigned.
