The Project Manager/Estimator is responsible for managing budgets provided to them by the estimating department and helping to estimate projects as their workload permits. The PM is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the project is completed in a timely manner and in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. The PM must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and problem solve with minimal direction and supervision, but they must also have great communication skills and work well in a team environment. This position requires a strong understanding of heavy civil public works construction and our local markets.
