Intertech Commercial Flooring is looking for a Project Coordinator candidate to join their Dallas team. This position will report directly to the branch general manager .

The Company has earned its place as Texas’ leading full-service commercial flooring contractor – from capping concrete, through design consultation, product selection and installation. Our work graces some of the most prestigious properties across Texas and the Southwest.
This person will be responsible for:
Provide project management support to the assigned Project Manager
Partner with the Project Manager and Labor Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
Partner with Project Manager and Purchasing to ensure material orders are accurate and timely.
Attend job site meetings which include pre-bid walk throughs, pre-construction walk throughs and routine site meetings.
Assist Project Manager with preparing job bids.
Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.
High school diploma or GED and five years of commercial flooring and experience.
Strong general construction knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate customer needs.
