Senior Estimator – Commercial Construction

DEW Construction Corp. seeks a motivated, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Estimating team.  We are looking for a Senior Estimator to work out of our Williston VT, Keene NH, or Manchester NH office.  

The successful candidate for Senior Estimator will have 10 or more years of experience in a lead estimator role with proficiency in contemporary estimating software. DEW utilizes Onscreen Take-Off, Timberline Estimating, Ground Rules Earthwork Estimating Software, and InSite Earthwork Estimating Software. 

Candidates must have conceptual/schematic level estimating skills, experience with hard bid, CM and Design-Build projects and all CSI Master Format divisions.  A strong command of Type 2 and Type 5 construction, including experience in healthcare, manufacturing, housing, and higher education, with K-12 schools and mixed-use projects a plus.  

Candidate must be a team player, possess skills to lead estimating teams, have excellent communication skills, experience in preconstruction services and good client relationships.

Salary range is $110,000-$150,000.  Overall compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, including: health, dental and vision insurance, dependent and medical reimbursement accounts, 401(k) with a company match, life insurance, short and long term disability, paid holidays and paid vacation.
