Job Description: Manager - CPM Analyst/Schedule Analyst

C2G offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with an emphasis on teamwork, flexibility and continued professional growth.  Working within project teams, managers are responsible for managing and performing the day-to-day activities on C2G projects. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Analyze project schedules and evaluate project delays for schedule impacts using various scheduling software platforms (i.e., P6, P3, Projects, Suretrac, etc.).
• Review and evaluate project documents to understand causes of critical path delays.
• Prepare and communicate the results of forensic scheduling assessments in oral, written and/or graphical form.
• Develop, monitor and update integrated project schedules (primarily with P6, but including the other scheduling software noted above), including baseline schedules, and coordinate with client project teams.
• Evaluate schedule integrity, activity sequences and logic.
• On project advisory services engagements, develop schedule and cost control tools for clients.
• Assist clients with monthly reporting and evaluation of risks and opportunities.
